GENERAL How can I reserve an inflatable and/or concessions? Will you notify me before my rental?It's easy! You can book online, fill out a rental request form, email, or call us. You just have to pay a deposit of 30% to secure your rental and complete your reservation. Yes, we will email you a day before your rental to reconfirm. What payment methods to you accept? Is a deposit required? Is the deposit refundable? When is payment due?We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. We do require a deposit of 30% to secure your rental and complete your reservation. The deposit is nonrefundable and if you cancel for any reason you will be given a credit for the deposit amount valid for up to 1 year from the rental date. Payment is due before or upon delivery of your rental. What happens if it rains or the weather is not ideal for my event? What's the latest I can cancel? What happens if you set up & then it rains?We understand if you have to cancel due to the weather. You can cancel 24 hours before your rental time and the deposit will be issued as a credit and valid for 1 year. We will do everything possible to work with you as we understand our weather can sometimes be tricky. In some cases, will allow cancellations up until closing time the day before your event or the morning of your event. In these cases, this will have to be emailed to you so that it's documented for all parties. If we arrive and then you decide to cancel before set up, you will lose the deposit. You are only charged full price once we set up regardless of what the weather does. How often do you sanitize your units?We sanitize and clean our units after every use. To make sure they are clean and safe for your rental. Will you deliver outside your area?Yes we will deliver outside our area, however, a delivery fee and a minimum order amount may apply Are you fully insured? Do you rent at parks, schools, and other public venues? Are your units inspected as required by the state of Texas?Yes, we are fully insured and meet the minimum requirements of most parks and public venues that require a certificate of insurance. An additional fee of $50 is assessed for any park rentals or public venues, which also includes generating a COI. Can I add another rental and/or concessions the day of party? What if I decide to cancel something on my order, am I charged?Yes, all items are on a first-come, first serve basis so the earlier the better. If you add or make a change we will do everything possible to fulfil your request. If you cancel any items, you must do so 72 hours before your rental time or you will incur a 30% restocking fee. This will give us amble time to try to rent these item(s) to another customer. Do you offer same day rentals?Yes we are here to serve you. We will do everything we can to make sure your event is a success. Do you offer overnight rentals?Yes there is an additional fee for overnight rentals. The unit must be in a secure location/area. What happens if I damage a unit, am I responsible? Is it costly?We offer Peace of Mind Protection for 8.5% of your rental cost to protect you from any damages to our units that is not normal wear and tear, a minimal price compared to the price of repairing or replacing an inflatable that can cost up to $7000. |
